The Project Create Residence provides intensive residential chemical dependence treatment and vocational rehabilitation services to males 18 and older.
These rehabilitation services include medical evaluations, counseling, counseling with peer support, vocational counseling and placement, 12 step programs, relapse prevention training and life-style direction.
To promote recovery from the complex illness of addiction, CREATE's Residential Program provides an array of services which include: evaluation of the major life areas of the individual, including the physical, mental, social, vocational and spiritual; medical services and nutritional services which promote holistic well-being; individual and group counseling provide help in daily problem solving; vocational evaluation, counseling and placement provide career guidance and lifestyle changes; Health education and support services protect and fortify the individual in making healthy choices; relapse prevention, 12-step groups, peer support groups provide life-long support in the process of recovery.
