CREATE, Inc is a multi-modality chemical dependence outpatient program that provides group and individual substance abuse counseling. Services are provided in English and Spanish. We have convenient day and evening hours and are open five (5) days per week. The referral process is easy: an intake appointment is guaranteed within 24 hours.
