Provides recovery services to men and women, including medical and psychological services, vocational counseling, job placement and basic computer skills, help for specific groups of people including those with specific issues, such as: parole status, mentally ill chemical abusers, anger management, domestic violence and those in need of lifestyle directions. CREATE, inc. is pleased to announce its new MICA PROGRAM AT CREATE, INC. that made its debut in 2008. The goal of the program is to provide much needed services to consumers presenting issues with substance abuse and/or dependence, as well as a psychiatric condition/diagnosed mental disorder. In addition to medical supervision, we provide services offered by our staff psychologist and psychiatrist. Our psychiatrist is available to provide psychiatric screenings/assessments, ongoing outpatient psychiatric care, and psychiatric medication, as needed. Our psychologist provides psychological evaluations, reports for various agencies (ACS, HRA, SSI/SSD, etc.), ongoing individual psychotherapy and group therapy.
