Program Coordinator (Night Manager) - CYAC

The Program Coordinator of Residential Managers is responsible for ensuring that the environment and spirit of the program is promoted and maintained especially during evenings, weekends, holidays and other specified times. This responsibility is especially related to the stabilization of the residents, the hospitality showed by the homeless housing services and ensuring the health, safety and independence of the residents. The manager supervisor oversees, the safety of the facility especially for fire, safety and security requirements and promotes a harmonious and cooperative community living setting for the residents. The supervisor oversees other members of the residential manager staff, provides training and ensures that the policies and directives of CREATE, Inc., the Program Director and the Department of Homeless Services are carried out by all residential managers as regards work schedules, reporting procedures and client services.

Minimum Qualifications:
A high school or equivalency diploma and four (4) months successful employment with a homeless shelter or other human services experience. Supervisory experience a MUST.
