822 Vocational Rehabilitation Coordinator (CRC)

The Vocational Coordinator designs, coordinates and implements vocational services delivered in CREATE’s Medically Supervised Outpatient and Residential Treatment programs. The Coordinator provides direct individual/group educational, vocational and employment preparation counseling services to the clients of the treatment programs. The Coordinator implements the program’s principal goal which includes helping clients achieve and maintain a recovery that, wherever possible includes employment or becoming more functional and contributing members of society. The Vocational Coordinator is a member of the Treatment Team and is directly supervised by the Supervisor of Treatment Services in the provision of vocational services to residential and outpatient participants. Provides supervision to the 819 Vocational Counselor.
